Desks from the Grand Prairie and Bushbury Schools, which closed in the 1950's.  Trophies, uniforms, photos, and letter jackets are from early Murdock High School teams and students.

Murdock and Elmwood established a cooperative activity partnership the 1988-1989 school year, where teams alternated uniform colors and mascots.  The two districts fully consolidated into the Elmwood-Murdock school district in the 1990-1991 school year.

Churches are often the social as well as the spiritual centers of small communities.  This display has memorabilia from various early Murdock area churches including: Callahan Evangelical, Emmanuel Evangelical, Ebenezer Evangelical, Trinity Lutheran, and Immanuel Lutheran.

Several of Murdock's citizens have proudly served their country in various branches of the military.  This display centers on WWII, and features the Navy uniform of Burt Amgwert, who served 72 hrs. straight during and after the attack on Pearl Harbor, and Clark Miller's Army Air Corps uniform.  Miller was a B26 trainer pilot who lost his life in WWII.
